Appreciating Our Amazing Servant Leaders
There’s something incredibly special about a church family—the way people come together, love one another, pray for each other, and grow together in Christ. But at the heart of it all are some truly remarkable people: our servant leaders. Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate them, honor them, and say a big, heartfelt thank you for everything they do.
To all of our servant leaders and behind-the-scenes heroes—you are such a blessing to our church. Your love, time, and effort do not go unnoticed. You are the ones who quietly carry so much, who faithfully show up, who care deeply, who pray earnestly, and who serve joyfully—even when no one’s watching. And we are so grateful!
Whether you’re, leading worship, greeting people with a warm smile, guiding a small group, setting up chairs, taking pictures, cooking meals, teaching in Soul Kids, mentoring youth, or simply lending a helping hand—you are making a difference. Your kindness and service echo far beyond the moment. They leave a lasting impression on hearts and lives, and they reflect the love of Jesus so beautifully.
You remind us all of the heart of Christ, who came not to be served but to serve. And you live that out every day—with grace, humility, and compassion. You don’t just talk about love—you live it. You don’t just guide people—you walk with them. You don’t just lead—you serve. And through it all, you help create a church that feels like home.
It’s often the little things that touch us the most—a word of encouragement, a quiet prayer, a gentle presence during a hard time. You do those things and so much more. And even if we don’t always say it, we see you. We appreciate you. We thank God for you.
So this month, we just want to wrap you up in love and appreciation. We want you to know that you’re not alone, that your efforts matter, and that your faithfulness is bearing fruit—more than you’ll ever know. You’re planting seeds of hope, joy, and transformation in countless lives.
Let’s all take a moment to reach out to the servant leaders in our lives—send a note, give a hug, share a kind word. Let’s lift them up in prayer, support them where we can, and cheer them on with all our hearts. Because they’re not just leaders—they’re family. And we love them deeply.
To all our incredible servant leaders: thank you for saying "yes" to God and to us. You are cherished, celebrated, and so deeply loved.
PS: Every servant leader will receive a Starbucks drink on us this month as a little thank you gift.
