Worship Director
The Worship Director, working with the Lead Pastor, oversees the creative and administrative tasks associated with the worship ministry at Soul Sanctuary. The Worship Director takes on the responsibility of guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship ministry and those involved in the ministry. The Worship Director position is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Family Ministry Camp Director (Summer Ministry Staff)
The Camp Director is responsible for planning and implementing both Grade 4 & 5 Day Camp (1 week), a part of leading Grade 6 Discipleship Camp, and Soul Youth Summer Camp (1 week). The Camp Director will provide leadership to camp Servant Leaders and ensure that all camp experiences are opportunities for children and students to encounter and learn about Jesus, in a safe and fun atmosphere. The Camp Director position is a 35 hours per week term position from May 5-August 31.
Family Ministry Summer Staff
Family Ministry Summer Staff are responsible to actively lead and participate in Soul Kids Day Camp, Grade 4 & 5 Camp and Grade 6 Discipleship Camp. In addition, some Family Ministry Summer Staff will be expected to lead at YOUNG + WILD Summer Camp. Under the direction of the Camp Director and the Family Ministry Staff, the Family Ministry Summer Staff will take an active role in the planning of all camps and any other summer family events, programming, and projects. These positions are 35 hours per week, 8 week term positions.
Facility Team Member - Sunday Priority
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Team Member to join our team. The current open position is for a Facility Team Member who will work weekly on Sundays, with the possibility of additional shifts during the week dependent on team member availability and facility bookings. Must be available between 11:30am-12am each Sunday and can expect to be scheduled 6-8 hrs at least 3 Sundays per month.
