Staffing Update
Over the course of the last few months there have been some staffing changes at Soul Sanctuary that are new and noteworthy.
BRENDAN BERGEN
We’re excited to announce that after completing two years of the Soul Sanctuary Internship Program, growing demonstrably in Christian character and in leadership during this time, Brendan Bergen has accepted the split role of Facility Manager (85%) and Production Director (15%).
Brendan has served in various capacities at Soul and brings a wealth of technical skills and facilities experience which will serve our community well.
ALYSSA SANTSCHI
Effective Thursday, July 6 Alyssa Santschi will conclude her role as Family Ministry Assistant. Alyssa graduated the Soul Sanctuary Internship Program in 2021 and joined our staff team shortly after. We’re thankful for her valuable service to the families and children of the Soul community. Alyssa has accepted a new role working with Youth For Christ and we’re cheering her on every step of the way!
LAUREN RITCHIE
We’re excited to welcome Lauren Ritchie to the Soul Sanctuary staff team for a six month term as our Connections Director. As Connections Director Lauren oversees our Sunday morning hospitality ministries, creative ministries, communications, and event management.
Lauren brings a diverse skill set to our team, including creativity, leadership, and organization. Her gifts and abilities will serve our community well.
