Gerry is the lead pastor of Soul Sanctuary since its inception in January 2004. He is a teacher, communicator and the founder of Soul Sanctuary. Gerry has more than 18 years of experience working with youth and families. Gerry and Sharon have been married for over 18 years and are blessed with 4 fantastic boys. Sharon is a music teacher and a worship leader and also helps Gerry pastor Soul Sanctuary. |

| Joanne's passion is to minister to the hearts of children, leading them into a relationship with Christ and seeing them grow in that relationship. Her desire is to partner with families and to nurture children in their spiritual formation as children learn to make their faith their own. She and her husband John have been married for over 14 years and have been blessed with a beautiful daughter Lauren. Joanne and her family are excited about being a part of what the Lord is doing in the hearts and souls of their community. Joanne joined the staff of Soul in January of 2006. | |||

| Evelyn Davison joined the Soul Sanctuary Staff as the Children's Ministry Assistant in November of 2007. She is a wife, a mom to three growing handsome young men, a teacher. Awln and Evelyn have been happily married for 22 years and together they have been involved in many ministry opportunities and are excited to be a part of the community at Soul Sanctuary. |

In 1974 Judi married Rick, who has been her strong (literally) and faithful supporter in many ministry endeavors over the years. Judi and he are blessed with 2 grown children, Stacey and Cody. |

They are so Blessed that their children all have a passion to serve God. Elroy and Heidi and their four children have been involved in the Soul community for the past three years. Elroy is a professor of choral music at the University of Manitoba and is enjoying being involved in giving direction to the worship ministries at Soul. |
